2. Guarantees for Surgical Procedures

All our surgical procedures are backed by the following guarantees:

• Follow-up consultations: We include follow-up consultations at no additional cost during the first year after your procedure to ensure optimal recovery.
• Minor corrections: In the case of minor asymmetries or results requiring adjustments within the parameters previously discussed, we offer corrections at no additional cost during the first 12 months.
• Complication management: We cover the management of complications directly related to the surgical procedure during the postoperative period according to established medical protocols.

3. Specific Guarantees by Procedure Type

3.1 Facial Procedures

For procedures such as rhytidectomy, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and otoplasty:

• Revisions: In the case of significant asymmetries or hypertrophic scars, we offer surgical revision within the first 12 months.
• Natural results: We guarantee an approach that preserves your natural features while enhancing your appearance, avoiding an 'overdone' look.
• Scars: We are committed to placing incisions in discreet areas and managing scars to the highest standards to minimize their visibility.

3.2 Body Procedures

For procedures such as lipectomy, breast implants, mastopexy, liposuction, fat transfer, and brachioplasty:

• Breast implants: We transfer manufacturer warranties (Motiva® and Mentor®) directly to our patients, covering rupture or capsular contracture according to manufacturer conditions.
• Body contouring: We guarantee reasonable symmetry and natural proportions in body contouring procedures such as liposuction and abdominoplasty.
• Fat transfer: We offer a complimentary touch-up within the first 6 months in case of significant resorption of transferred tissue, subject to medical evaluation.

3.3 Non-Surgical Procedures

For treatments such as Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers:

• Unsatisfactory results: We offer complimentary touch-ups within 2 weeks after treatment if the expected results are not achieved.
• Asymmetries: We correct asymmetries at no additional cost within 2 weeks after treatment.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is structured as follows:

• Surgery booking deposits: Fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. Cancellations made 15-29 days prior are 50% refundable. Cancellations less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable, but the amount may be applied to a future procedure within the next 12 months.
• Unused non-surgical services: Payments for non-surgical services not yet rendered are 100% refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Procedures already performed: We do not offer refunds for procedures already performed. In case of unsatisfactory results, we offer revisions according to our guarantee policy.
• Cancellations for medical reasons: If your procedure must be canceled for documented medical reasons, the deposit may be transferred to a future date or refunded on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Our guarantees do not cover:

• Results not achievable according to preoperative evaluation and clarified during consultation.
• Complications arising from failure to follow postoperative instructions.
• Natural bodily changes after the procedure due to pregnancy, significant weight changes, or natural aging.
• Unrealistic expectations that were clarified before the procedure.
• Procedures performed by other surgeons or correction attempts by third parties.
